MEMBER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL
IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP, YOU MAY DO SO BY DELIVERING OR MAILING A WRITTEN NOTICE TO INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL, INC., 6262 SUNSET DRIVE, PH, MIAMI, FLORIDA 33143, ATTN: INTERVAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. YOU MAY ALSO CALL US AT 800-843-8843 (U.S., CANADA, PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS.) OR AT 305-666-1884 (OUTSIDE TOLL-FREE LIMITS). IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL IN WRITING, CERTIFIED MAIL WOULD PROVIDE GREATER PROTECTION THAN FIRST CLASS MAIL, BUT IS NOT NECESSARY. IF YOU DELIVER THE NOTICE PERSONALLY, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A RECEIPT. THE NOTICE MUST STATE THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO CONTINUE YOUR MEMBERSHIP. IF THE NOTICE IS DELIVERED OF MAILED BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE ON WHICH YOU COMPLETE YOUR MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF THE MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP. IF YOU CANCEL USING THIS PROCEDURE, INTERVAL WILL RETURN, WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DATE ON WHICH YOU GIVE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, ANY PAYMENTS OF MEMBERSHIP FEES. OTHER CANCELLATION ENTITLES YOU TO A PRO RATA REFUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERVAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
